Scope
Bob’s Market & Greenhouses, Inc. (BMGI) is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people with disabilities. We are striving to ensure that all the current pages on our website will meet W3C WAI’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA criteria of ATAG. This policy applies to all new, updated, and current web content on bobsmarket.com. Blog posts older than 6 months are considered “archived”.
Squarespace Policy
BMGI utilizes Squarespace as our website management system. Squarespace is also striving to incorporate accessibility into it’s content management and website editing system.
Squarespace takes accessibility seriously. We're always looking to improve, and this work is ongoing. We’re committed to making our services more accessible to users of all abilities. We're in the process of reviewing our services to improve user experience and to make it easier for our customers to make their sites accessible.
Third Parties
This policy applies to all web content produced or updated by BMGI. BMGI will also ensure third-party content providers are aware of our web accessibility policy. BMGI will also favor providers based on their accessibility conformance claims.
Review
BMGI will review all areas of our website every year. We will use the process described at Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology. Reviews are the responsibility of the ICT department. Accessibility checks will be incorporated into the publishing workflow for all new content.
Feedback
Each page of the website will include a link to a form (below) allowing users to submit feedback on the site. We will compile and consider this information during the review process. We will respond to any feedback within three business days of submission.
